Grief and Loss

Grief is a deeply personal experience that can arise from the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, loss of health, or other significant life changes. There is no “right” way to grieve—everyone's journey is unique. You may feel overwhelmed, numb, angry, confused, or lost. These emotions are all natural responses to loss.

Grief counselling provides a safe, non-judgmental space to process your pain, make sense of your emotions, and begin healing at your own pace. Together, we explore your experience with compassion and care, helping you find ways to honour your loss while gradually rebuilding a sense of hope and meaning.

As a Christian counsellor (if you want to include this faith-based perspective), I also offer faith-sensitive support for those seeking comfort and perspective through their spiritual beliefs. Wherever you are on your journey, you don’t have to walk through grief alone.
